We're looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & Content Creator to work across two of our brands: La Reunión Padel Club and Courtside Restaurant in Kuta, Lombok.

This is a hands-on creative role. We're looking for someone who can spot content opportunities, pick up a phone or camera and create — not someone who simply waits to be told what to post.

You'll work closely with us on the creative direction while taking responsibility for keeping both brands active, relevant and engaging on social media.

The role combines content creation, social media, photography, video, basic graphic design and marketing ideas.

AI and templates can be useful tools, but they shouldn't replace creativity. We're specifically looking for someone with a human creative eye, original ideas and a good understanding of visual content.

• Create and manage daily Instagram Stories for both brands.
• Shoot engaging photo and video content at the padel club and restaurant.
• Create and edit Reels and short-form videos.
• Prepare creative content for Instagram feed.
• Create simple graphics for promotions, events, classes, tournaments and restaurant offers.
• Capture spontaneous content: matches, coaches, customers, food, events, atmosphere and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Identify daily opportunities for content without always needing direction.
• Promote available coaching slots, events, restaurant specials and other business priorities through Stories and content.
• Build and organise a strong photo and video content library.
• Follow social media trends and creatively adapt relevant ones to our brands.
• Develop fun, entertaining and lifestyle-focused content — not only promotional content.
• Respond to and manage online reviews in line with our brand voice.
• Support campaigns, promotions, tournaments and events with creative content.
• Regularly bring new ideas for Reels, campaigns, promotions and ways to grow both brands.
• Work closely with us to maintain a consistent visual identity and tone of voice.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in social media and content creation.
• Has a portfolio or real examples of content they've personally created.
• Has a strong visual eye and understands what makes content look good.
• Can confidently shoot photos and videos using a smartphone and/or camera.
• Knows how to edit Reels and short-form video.
• Has basic graphic design skills and understands layout, typography and visual hierarchy.
• Understands Instagram, Reels, Stories and current social media trends.
• Can create original content rather than relying entirely on Canva templates or AI-generated material.
• Is creative, curious and naturally comes up with ideas.
• Is proactive and comfortable working independently.
• Doesn't need a detailed list of tasks every day to know what needs to be done.
• Understands that a restaurant and a padel club are two different brands and require different content strategies.
• Is comfortable interacting with customers, players, coaches and staff to capture natural content.
• Has good written and spoken English.
• Is organised and able to manage multiple pieces of content at the same time.
• Lives in Lombok or is willing to relocate.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys creating content.

You don't need to know everything, but you do need to have a solid creative foundation, initiative and the ability to bring your own ideas to the table.

Portfolio / examples of previous work are required when applying.
