CPE Technical Support Engineer

Job Description (JD):
1.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for CPE (Customer Premises Equipment) issues
2.Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution in line with SLA
3.Perform on-site or remote diagnostics for network and CPE-related problems
4.Support daily operations for the XLSmart RAN Project
5.Analyze technical issues and provide root cause analysis (RCA)
6.Coordinate with internal teams (RAN, Core, Transmission) for issue resolution
7.Ensure proper documentation of incidents, solutions, and reports
8.Monitor network performance and proactively identify potential issues
9.Support installation, configuration, and maintenance of CPE devices
Job Requirements (JR):
1.Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or related field
2.Minimum 2–4 years of experience in telecom/network support
3.Hands-on experience in CPE troubleshooting
4.Familiar with telecom environment, especially RAN (Radio Access Network)
5.Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, switching)
6.Experience with network diagnostic tools and troubleshooting methods
7.Basic knowledge of fiber, wireless, and last-mile connectivity is a plus
8.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
9.Good communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia & English)
10.Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
11.Willing to work on-site / field (if required)
