This full-time, on-site Course Consultant role is located in Sukabumi. The primary responsibilities include guiding potential students through course offerings, answering inquiries, and assisting them in course selections that suit their learning goals. The role also involves maintaining efficient communication with students and parents, providing exceptional support, tracking progress, and collaborating with the teaching team to ensure the delivery of high-quality education. Building positive relationships within the community and achieving enrollment targets are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Sales and marketing experience, with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets
  • Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and software, including Microsoft Office and customer management systems
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration, Marketing, or Education, preferred
  • Fluency in English and preferred proficiency in additional languages
