Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Kota Magelang for a Course Consultant. The Course Consultant will be responsible for assisting prospective students in understanding their learning options, providing information about English 1 programs, and guiding them through the enrollment process. Key responsibilities include conducting consultations to determine students English learning needs, delivering excellent customer service, supporting enrollment targets, and maintaining accurate student records. The role will also involve collaboration with the marketing team to maximize outreach and engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with potential students and stakeholders
• Sales and consultation abilities to guide clients through program selection and enrollment processes
• Customer service skills to provide a positive experience and address inquiries or concerns in a professional manner
• Organizational and record-keeping skills to ensure accurate documentation of student information and follow-ups
• Proficiency in digital tools and technology, including familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Teamwork and collaboration abilities for working alongside the marketing and operations teams
• Fluency in English is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or a related field preferred
• Experience in a consulting, sales, or education-related role is advantageous
