Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Country Services Manager to lead our Implementation and Maintenance Services operations in Indonesia. The role oversees end-to-end project execution, service contracts, pricing, and customer lifecycle management for Data Center Infrastructure and Telecom Power Solutions, ensuring excellence in delivery, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

This is a leadership position combining technical depth, commercial acumen, and people management. The portfolio will later expand to include Industrial Automation (IA) and Building Automation (BA) services, providing long-term career growth and scope expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the cross-functional country service team (engineers, PMs). Align local execution with regional/global strategies while ensuring strict HSE and quality compliance.
  • Oversee end-to-end implementation of Data Center and Telecom power projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and across internal departments (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance).
  • Own SLA/KPI compliance for maintenance contracts, lead high-level customer escalations, and manage warranties/lifecycle services to build long-term trust.
  • Lead the preparation, risk-review, and commercial validation of service pricing proposals to protect margins and win major bids.
  • Drive country service revenue, control operational budgets, and identify new streams for contract renewals and service innovations.
  • Mentor and upskill the service team, implementing clear performance metrics to foster a culture of accountability and customer-centricity.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred; ATD, ITIL, CDCP, or CDCS credentials are advantageous.
  • 12–15 years in project delivery or service operations in Data Center, Power, or Telecom industries, with at least 5 years in a managerial or customer-facing leadership role.
  • Proven ability to manage service pricing, contract negotiations, and proposal preparation.
  • In-depth understanding of UPS, LV/MV systems, cooling, and power infrastructure.
  • Strong P&L management, budgeting, and forecasting experience.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and team-building abilities.
