Executive Recruitment Consultant at Monroe Consulting Group is partnering with a fast-growing global technology company that provides AI/ML-driven CRM and digital transformation solutions for enterprise clients, particularly within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector.
Our client is looking for a Country Sales Manager to lead sales growth in Indonesia, drive new business acquisition, and build strong relationships with enterprise customers. This role is ideal for a commercially strong sales professional with solid experience in CRM solution selling, enterprise software sales, and BFSI client management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute national sales strategies for the Indonesian market, with a strong focus on enterprise and BFSI clients.
- Drive new business growth through prospecting, cold calling, account mapping, and strategic sales planning.
- Identify, qualify, and manage sales opportunities from initial engagement to successful closure.
- Understand customer pain points and position suitable CRM / digital transformation solutions to address business needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and enterprise customers.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and clearly articulate the value proposition of the solution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer strategies, and industry developments.
- Prepare regular sales progress reports and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- 6–12 years of experience in sales, business development, or enterprise solution selling.
- Proven experience in CRM sales / SaaS sales / enterprise software sales is highly preferred.
- Strong exposure to the BFSI industry, including banking, financial services, and insurance clients.
- Good understanding of CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Siebel, or similar systems.
- Strong ability to manage complex sales cycles, understand buying processes, and engage senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Engineering, technical, business, or equivalent educational background is preferred.
