Position Overview

We seek a dynamic and results-driven Country Sales Manager to lead sales operations and business expansion in Indonesia and SE Asia Region. This role is critical in driving market share growth within the mining sector. The ideal candidate must possess extensive mining industry networks, a hunter mentality for new business acquisition, and proven experience managing key accounts in demanding environments.

  • tIdentify, target, and secure new clients in the mining industry across Indonesia

  • .Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers at mining corporations

  • tServe as the primary contact for Tier-1 mining clients
  • .Conduct quarterly business reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities
  • .Resolve complex client issues through technical expertise and resource coordination

.Market Intelligence & Expansio

  • nAnalyze competitor activities and market trends to refine pricing, product positioning, and value propositions

.Sales Operations Leadershi

  • pManage distributor networks and field sales teams to ensure alignment with corporate objectives
  • .Monitor KPIs (revenue growth, profit margins, market share) and report biweekly to regional leadership
