Job Role
The Country Sales Manager will lead commercial expansion initiatives within the Indonesia market, focusing on driving strategic sales growth across logistics automation, intelligent warehouse systems, and industrial technology solutions. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new enterprise business opportunities while strengthening long-term partnerships with local customers, channel partners, and system integration networks. The position will play a key role in supporting market penetration, revenue growth, and regional business development activities.
The role requires a highly independent, hunter-style commercial professional with strong capabilities in navigating complex B2B industrial sales environments. The selected candidate will engage directly with enterprise clients across logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, and supply chain sectors while contributing market insights, customer strategies, and localized commercial planning to regional leadership teams. This opportunity is highly suitable for professionals with experience in logistics automation, industrial robotics, warehouse technologies, smart manufacturing, or related industrial solution environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities while expanding enterprise customer relationships and strategic partnerships within the logistics automation, warehouse technology, industrial automation, and smart manufacturing sectors.
- Manage and grow the local sales pipeline, maintain strong customer relationships, and achieve annual sales and revenue targets through effective commercial execution and market expansion initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with regional leadership teams, overseas partners, and channel networks to support business planning, partnership development, and long-term commercial growth strategies.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, customer requirements, competitor activities, and industry developments to support localized business expansion and strategic decision-making.
- Participate in solution discussions, commercial presentations, and enterprise client engagements involving automation systems, warehouse technologies, intelligent sorting solutions, and industrial system integration projects.
- Travel actively for customer meetings, project discussions, business development initiatives, and strategic stakeholder engagements across the assigned territory.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Automation, Industrial Technology, or related fields.
- Minimum 8 years of sales experience with at least 5 years in managerial or strategic roles within logistics automation, warehouse technology, industrial robotics, system integration, or related industrial sectors.
- Strong background in enterprise sales, business development, new client acquisition, and B2B industrial sales environments.
- Hunter-style commercial mindset with proven experience managing revenue targets and strategic customer relationships independently.
- Good understanding of automation systems, warehouse technologies, industrial solutions, or system integration environments.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across multinational environments.
- Willing to travel actively for business development and customer engagement activities.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
