Role Description

This is a remote role for a Country Operations Manager (Freelancer) at K-Linker. The Manager will be responsible for establishing and managing relationships with local healthcare institutions, coordinating cross-border communication efforts between Indonesians and Korean medical service providers, and identifying new business opportunities in the Indonesian market.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage partnerships with Indonesian hospitals, clinics, and wellness centers
• Act as a liaison between Indonesian medical institutions and Korean medical tourism providers
• Plan and implement local communication and PR strategies to promote Korean medical services
• Collaborate with the marketing team to localize campaigns and materials for the Indonesian audience
• Conduct market research to identify trends and potential clients in Indonesia
• Attend local healthcare and tourism industry events, trade shows, and networking forums
• Provide support to patients, local partners, and referral agencies throughout the coordination process

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, medical tourism, PR, or international business
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (Korean is a plus)
• Understanding of the Indonesian healthcare system and local market dynamics
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholder relationships
