Country Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly capable Country Operations Manager to serve as a key member of the local leadership team. This role will act as a strategic partner to the Operations General Manager, driving operational excellence, organizational effectiveness, and business performance across the country operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary local counterpart and trusted advisor to the Operations General Manager on operational and organizational matters.
• Lead and oversee all aspects of country operations, ensuring the effective execution of business objectives and operational strategies.
• Manage day-to-day operational challenges while providing leadership and direction on employee and workforce-related matters.
• Foster a high-performance culture through strong people management, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with regional leadership teams and expatriate stakeholders to ensure alignment with corporate priorities and governance standards.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and overall business performance.

Candidate Profile

• Proven leadership experience within a manufacturing environment, with a strong track record of operational management.
• Experience supporting greenfield projects, plant setup, or business start-up operations is highly desirable.
