Job Description
● Own your country's launch plan and P&L, product stack, market research, go-to-market, hiring
● Growth across paid, referral, organic influencer, and community channels
● Own local creative: campaign concepts, copy, and content adapted to your market
● User research: talk to users constantly, surface local insights, and feed them back into product and engineering
● Set up local operations: customer support, banking/payment partnerships
● Data analysis (SQL, dashboards); work directly with product and engineering
● Product localization: onboarding, copy, pricing, local payment rails
Required skills and experiences● 5+ years of operational experience in tech (fintech, marketplaces, delivery, or similar)
● Track record owning growth: channels, funnels, experiments, with results
● Product experience: roadmaps, specs, working with eng/design
● Technical enough to query data and build small tools (SQL, GitHub)
● Heavy AI tooling user — uses AI daily for research, analysis, and content production
● Fluent in English
Preferred skills and experiences● Local fintech/payments experience: regulators, payment rails, wallets, lending
● Prior market launch or 0→1 experience
● Background at payment, wallet, lending operators in your country
