About the Company

Monroe Consulting Group is representing a leading multinational company from the enterprise technology sector in the search for a Country Manager to lead and expand its business operations in Indonesia.

About the Role

This leadership role will oversee enterprise, commercial, and public sector business development while driving growth through strategic channel and alliance partnerships as well as direct customer engagement. The successful candidate will lead a high-performing sales organization, expand strategic accounts, and accelerate market adoption across key industries. The role works closely with regional leadership and cross-functional teams including Engineering, Marketing, Product, and Sales Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and grow the Indonesia sales organization in alignment with regional objectives.
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with enterprise customers, channel partners, and strategic alliances.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across multiple industries and market segments.
  • Participate in executive-level customer engagements and strategic sales discussions.
  • Drive a consultative sales approach to address customer business challenges with tailored technology solutions.
  • Build long-term relationships with senior executives across customer and partner ecosystems.
  • Support localized go-to-market and marketing initiatives for Indonesia.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and business reporting.
  • Utilize customer success stories and references to support strategic selling initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of leadership experience in enterprise technology sales within Indonesia.
  • Deep understanding of local market dynamics, procurement processes, and business culture.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian employment regulations and team leadership practices.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.

Required Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proven leadership experience managing enterprise technology sales teams.
  • Strong collaboration skills across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Product functions.
  • Demonstrated success in consultative and solution-based selling.
  • Strong understanding of Indonesia's enterprise technology landscape and competitive market dynamics.
  • Established executive network within channel ecosystems and enterprise IT communities.
  • Proven ability to structure and close large enterprise agreements exceeding USD 5M TCV.
  • Consistent history of exceeding business and revenue targets.

Work Arrangement

Hybrid working model with a combination of remote flexibility and in-office collaboration based on business requirements.
