Job Description

Core Mission: Formulate and implement localized market strategies, lead the team to achieve sales and profit targets, expand channel networks, increase market share, and be accountable for the overall profitability of the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Business Strategy & Target Achievement: Formulate and execute annual and medium-to-long-term business plans, as well as sales and profit targets for the Indonesian market; Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to drive performance growth in both retail and wholesale sectors.
  • Retail Business Operations: Oversee the expansion of retail terminals (including authorized stores and special counters), the implementation of operational standards, and the launch of new products.
  • Channel Network Development: Manage channel partners, design incentive policies, and ensure channel health and inventory efficiency.
  • Team Building: Establish, develop and lead high-performance local teams in sales and retail operations.
  • Compliance & Risk Control: Ensure business activities comply with local laws, regulations and the company's compliance requirements, and control market and other related risks.

Qualifications:

  • Basic Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above; Fluent English, Chinese is a plus.
  • Experience: Over 8 years of experience in consumer electronics (mobile phone industry preferred); over 5 years of experience in senior management positions; proven track record of building local teams and channels from scratch, with a mature network of local partners
  • Core Competencies: Strategic thinking; excellent leadership and influence; Strong stress tolerance; result-oriented; strong sense of responsibility; integrity and honesty; proficient in cross-cultural communication.
