Youtap is seeking a
Country Manager - Indonesia to lead and scale the company's Indonesia business. This role is responsible for driving
revenue growth, enterprise engagement, and operational performance across Sales, Delivery, Engineering, and Operations.
The ideal candidate is a
strong commercial leader with deep experience in cloud platforms and enterprise technology, with a proven track record of
C-level engagement and leading enterprise sales teams selling into the
banking, financial services, system integrator, and platform infrastructure sectors.
The Country Manager must also have an
executive-level understanding of software development organizations, including engineering processes, delivery models, and technical teams, enabling them to effectively manage operations and ensure successful delivery of Youtap's platform and solutions.
The role carries
full P&L responsibility for Indonesia and requires building a high-performing organization capable of accelerating Youtap's market expansion.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
Business Leadership
- Lead and scale Youtap's Indonesia business and execute the country growth strategy.
- Translate corporate objectives into clear and executable local business plans.
Revenue Growth & Strategic Sales
- Drive enterprise sales growth and market expansion.
- Lead and develop high-performing enterprise sales teams.
- Build strong relationships with C-level executives across banking, financial services, system integrators, and enterprise technology organizations.
- Develop strategic partnerships within the cloud, fintech, and digital infrastructure ecosystem.
Operational Leadership
- Manage full country operations, including sales, delivery, engineering coordination, and support functions.
- Ensure operational discipline, delivery excellence, and strong customer outcomes.
Software & Delivery Oversight
- Provide executive oversight of software development and platform delivery operations.
- Ensure alignment between product, engineering, and commercial teams to deliver scalable solutions.
P&L Ownership
- Own and manage the Indonesia P&L, ensuring revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
Regional Alignment
- Work closely with regional leadership and HQ to ensure strategic alignment, governance, and compliance
Requirements
- 10-15+ years experience in enterprise technology, cloud, or software platform businesses.
- Proven experience leading enterprise sales organizations and scaling technology businesses.
- Strong experience working with or selling into banking, financial services, system integrators, and platform infrastructure environments.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
- Strong understanding of software development organizations, engineering processes, and technology delivery models.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Prior P&L ownership and country-level leadership experience preferred.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesia enterprise technology market
