Job Description
As a Country Manager (Education), your main responsibilities will include:
- Developing and executing strategic plans to achieve organisational goals in Indonesia.
- Managing and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Overseeing the operational and financial management of the organisation in Indonesia.
- Leading, mentoring, and developing the local team to achieve high performance and sales target.
- Ensuring compliance with local regulations and organisational policies.

- Monitoring and reporting on the performance of initiatives and programmes.
- Representing the organisation at events and in meetings with external partners.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Country Manager (Education) Should Have
