Country Manager

We are seeking an experienced Country Manager to lead and drive business growth across the Indonesian market. This role will be responsible for developing localized strategies, leading the Business Development team, building strategic partnerships, and strengthening the company's market presence in Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the Business Development team.
• Develop and execute localized sales strategies for the Indonesian market.
• Drive client acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion.
• Build and maintain high-value client relationships and strategic partnerships.
• Monitor sales KPIs, pipelines, and overall team performance.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive activity.
• Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and client meetings.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Support, Compliance, and Product teams to improve customer acquisition and experience.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a senior sales or business development/leadership role, preferably in FX, CFD, Fintech, or online trading.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate sales teams.
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian market and its cultural landscape.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Native-level Indonesian and strong English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales/performance data.
• Strategic, proactive, and hands-on approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
