Ready for a career that's all about growth We're looking for a Country Hub Manager to lead our Country Hub operations and ensure efficient spare-parts logistics and inventory management to support ASUS after-sales service across Indonesia.

Job Description:

  • Lead end-to-end Country Hub operations, covering inbound receiving, storage, inventory control, picking, packing, outbound delivery, stock transfers, and forward and reverse logistics.
  • Ensure spare-parts availability and timely distribution to service centers, authorized service partners, and other designated locations to support after-sales service operations.
  • Oversee inventory management and accuracy, including transaction control, cycle counting, physical inventory, stock reconciliation, stock aging, discrepancy investigation, and corrective actions.
  • Manage reverse logistics and service-parts processes, including defective-parts returns, RMA/RTV/RTR, repairable-parts movement, claims, and stock disposition.
  • Manage 3PL providers, warehouse vendors, couriers, freight forwarders, and transportation partners, ensuring service levels, delivery performance, operational accuracy, cost efficiency, and timely corrective actions.
  • Monitor and improve operational performance, including inventory, parts availability, logistics, vendor, and cost KPIs. Prepare regular reports, conduct root-cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead and develop the Country Hub team while ensuring compliance with company SOPs, internal controls, audit requirements, warehouse security, EHS, 5S, and applicable customs and logistics regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in spare-parts logistics, warehouse & inventory management, after-sales logistics, or 3PL operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse, inventory, and reverse logistics operations.
  • Strong knowledge of service-parts planning, 3PL operations, and vendor management.
  • Strong KPI management, data analysis, reporting, and root-cause analysis skills.
  • Experience in cost control and operational improvement, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/Warehouse Management Systems.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, negotiation, ownership, and cross-functional coordination skills.
