Job Description
Responsibilities
- Partner with local business leaders to provide end-to-end HR solutions that drive business outcomes.
- Manage full HR cycle: talent acquisition, learning & development, compensation & performance, and employee relations.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws and foster a positive work environment.
- Implement HQ HR policies effectively, facilitating cross-functional collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of HR experience; recruitment/training background is a plus.
- Fluent English, excellent communication, and deep knowledge of local labor regulations.
- Business acumen, cross-cultural agility, and ability to work independently.
