Purpose of the Role: The Country HRBP / Manager will responsible to drive all the HR operational activities, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Engagement, Compliance and fostering a positive workplace culture for PT Sunline Indonesia office. This role requires aligning HR strategies with organizational objectives to deliver a seamless employee experience.
Responsibilities:-
- Partner with Regional HR team and local management to deliver a spectrum of HR operational supports and services that aligned with the business initiatives.
- Responsible and Drive the full cycle of talent acquisition and onboard potential candidates for various positions included sourcing, interviewing & facilitation, negotiation, offer and until onboarding.
- Manage staff grievances and disciplinary matters, and lead engagement programs that foster a positive work environment.
- Maintain deep knowledge of the Indonesia Employment Acts and Labor Laws to ensure all practices remain compliant with current local laws and government regulations.
- Provide sound HR advice to business leaders and maintain meticulous HR reports and employee personnel files.
- Assist in organize regular company events such as annual dinners, company trips, team-building activities, etc.
- Prepare attendance reports and absenteeism analyses on a monthly basis and present them in management meetings when required.
- Undertake other tasks as assigned by the superior.
Requirements:-
- Bachelor's degree or above in human resources or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT industry, preferably a good practice experience in talent acquisition and in-house HR general tasks.
- Exceptional motivation with a strong ambition and sales-drive.
- Ability to thrive under pressure.
- Respond proactively and positively to targets.
- Resilient and result-oriented.
- Rich experience in recruitment and Employee Relations is highly preferred.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Mandarin is a plus in order to deal with stakeholders from China HQ.
