Job Description

As a Country HR Head, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that are fully aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Oversee recruitment and selection processes to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Manage employee relations while ensuring strict compliance with labour laws and regulations in Indonesia.
  • Design and deliver training and development programmes to enhance workforce capability and career growth.
  • Monitor and optimise performance management systems to drive organisational effectiveness.
  • Advise and support managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Lead initiatives to strengthen employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Prepare and administer HR budgets with efficiency and accountability

The Successful Applicant


A successful Country HR Head should have:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations in Indonesia.
  • Proven experience in managing HR operations and implementing strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead and inspire teams while managing multiple priorities effectively.
