About the Role
The Country General Manager is responsible for the full leadership, performance, and development of Aden Indonesia, acting as the CEO of the country platform. The role holds full accountability for P&L, business growth, operational excellence, and risk management, in alignment with Aden Group strategy.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & Growth
- Define and execute the country strategy in line with Group priorities
- Drive profitable growth and market positioning in Indonesia
- Lead transformation, innovation, and diversification initiatives
- Full Business & P&L Ownership
- Own overall financial performance (revenue, EBIT, cash flow)
- Ensure delivery of budgets, forecasts, and performance targets
- Drive operational efficiency and margin improvement
- Operations & Delivery Excellence
- Oversee all business lines at portfolio level
- Ensure consistent service quality, contract execution, and HSE performance
- Secure operational scalability across multi-site and remote environments
- Business Development & Client Leadership
- Own key client relationships and strategic accounts
- Lead major bids, negotiations, and partnerships
- Expand the company's footprint across priority sectors
- Organization & Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performance leadership team
- Drive talent development, succession planning, and engagement
- Ensure strong accountability culture across functions
- Governance, Risk & Compliance
- Ensure full compliance with local regulations and Group standards
- Manage key business risks (operational, financial, legal, reputational)
- Act as primary interface with HQ and ensure transparent reporting

Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience, including senior leadership roles
- Strong background in multi-site services (FM, remote sites, hospitality, or related sectors)
- Proven track record in P&L management and business scaling
- Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
