In this role, you will lead and manage the sales organization across Enterprise, Commercial, and Public Sector segments, while driving adoption of the company's platform and solutions through Channel & Alliance Partners as well as direct customer engagement in Indonesia.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team in Indonesia to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers, channel, and alliance partners.
- Identify and drive new business opportunities across existing and new accounts.
- Lead consultative selling activities, including customer engagement, proposals, and solution presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Engineering, Product, and Sales Operations) to support market growth.
- Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Drive adoption of company solutions and leverage customer references for new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10+ years of sales leadership experience in enterprise technology or related industry.
- Strong experience in solution selling and managing enterprise sales cycles.
- Proven track record of leading teams and achieving/exceeding sales targets.
- Strong network within enterprise customers and channel ecosystem in Indonesia.
- Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and C-level executives.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
