C-Suite Partners is pleased to partner with Aspen Medical in the search for a Country Director – Indonesia to drive strategy, investment, and operations across a rapidly growing healthcare platform.

Aspen Medical is a global provider of innovative healthcare solutions, delivering hospital management, clinical services, and healthcare infrastructure across diverse and complex environments. In Indonesia, Aspen Medical is establishing a significant footprint, including the development and commissioning of a new hospital and a broader strategy to build a diversified healthcare portfolio.

Reporting to the Group Chief Strategy Officer and working closely with the Board, the Country Director will provide strategic direction, governance, and financial oversight, while leading hospital operations and national business growth. Based in Jakarta, the role will oversee cross-functional leadership teams, including the Chief Operating Officer and Hospital Executive Team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the completion, commissioning, and operational readiness of a major hospital development project
• Establish stable, high-performing hospital operations with strong clinical and financial outcomes
• Drive national growth strategy, including identifying new hospital locations, partnerships, joint ventures, and acquisitions
• Provide financial leadership, including budgeting, performance management, and capital oversight
• Ensure strong governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management across all operations
• Uphold clinical governance, patient safety, and quality standards in line with international best practice
• Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships with government, regulators, insurers, and partners

About You:

• Senior executive leader with extensive experience in healthcare operations or hospital management
• Proven track record in delivering complex healthcare projects, including hospital commissioning or infrastructure delivery
• Strong experience operating in emerging markets or across Asia Pacific
• Demonstrated ability to lead large, multidisciplinary teams and scale healthcare organisations
• Strong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and governance capability
• Experienced in managing government and regulatory relationships
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in healthcare, business, or a related discipline (postgraduate qualifications highly regarded)
