Overview
We are seeking a Country Commercial Head to lead and grow our Indonesia operations with a strong focus on commercial performance, financial ownership, and HR Support. This role is accountable for the full P&L of the Indonesia entity, driving revenue growth while ensuring disciplined cost management and sustainable profitability.
Beyond commercial leadership, the Country Commercial Head will play a key role in supporting HR and Legal functions locally, ensuring strong people practices, compliance, and alignment with organizational standards.
This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution — capable of closing deals, managing financial performance, and building a strong, compliant, and high-performing organization.

What You'll Do
1. Own Revenue & Commercial Growth • Own and deliver revenue targets for Indonesia • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities • Build and manage a strong pipeline of partners and customers • Lead commercial negotiations and oversee contract execution • Collaborate with global teams to align on sales strategy and priorities
2. Own P&L and Financial Performance • Take full ownership of the Indonesia entity's P&L • Drive profitability through revenue growth and cost optimization • Monitor key financial metrics and ensure disciplined execution • Partner with Finance to ensure accurate reporting and strong financial controls
4. Support HR & People Operations • Partner closely with HR to drive talent strategy, hiring, and workforce planning • Ensure strong onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement • Uphold company culture, values, and leadership principles • Address employee relations matters in alignment with HR policies
5. Support Legal, Compliance & Governance • Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies • Partner with Legal on contracts, entity governance, and risk management • Support regulatory requirements and external reporting obligations • Act as the local point of accountability for governance and compliance matters
6. Stakeholder & Partner Management • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, customers, and stakeholders • Represent the organization in Indonesia • Identify strategic partnerships to accelerate growth and impact
7. Execute & Align with Global Strategy • Translate global strategy into effective local execution • Provide market insights to inform regional and global decisions • Ensure alignment and consistency across global initiatives

What You Bring • 7+ years of experience in general management, commercial leadership, or P&L ownership roles • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and closing deals • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and profitability • Experience working with or supporting HR and Legal functions • Strong understanding of the Indonesia business environment • Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities • Highly autonomous with a strong bias for action and results
