Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Counsellor Admission Officer based in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role involves providing guidance and support to prospective students on academic programs, admission processes, and study abroad opportunities. The candidate will communicate with students and families, address inquiries, and assist with the application process for various educational institutions. Building strong relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions is a key aspect of this role, along with delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

  • Min. 1-2 years of work experience, preferablyin related industry (tourism, visa, agency, firm, consultant, study abroad/overseas services, is a plus)
  • Bachelor's in Maths, Accounting, Finance, Business, STEM, or Science-related is preferable. All Bachelor's are welcome
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with students, families, and educational partners
  • Experience or knowledge in international admissions and the education sector
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Commitment to providing personalized and professional guidance
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; other language skills are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in education, counseling, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
