AlloFresh is seeking dedicated professionals to join our Costing & Stock Control team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, enhancing system integration, and providing essential support for inventory movement and documentation.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in the administration of daily inventory adjustments (Sales, Transfer Orders, Breakage, NED) in both Excel and NetSuite.
- Support the Stock Opname validation process by integrating inventory data across NetSuite, Seroja, and the WMS system.
- Provide assistance to the AP-Trade team in managing increased volumes of Purchase Orders (PO) and Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), expected from inventory purchases for DC opening and Marketplace activities.
- Ensure accurate and timely data entry and document tracking related to inventory and costing.
- Maintain good communication and coordination with relevant departments (warehouse, purchasing, and finance)
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related field (Freshgraduates are welcomed to apply).
- Familiarity with inventory management and basic cost control processes.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table) and ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).
- Detail-oriented, fast learner, and able to work under supervision.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team.
- Available to commit full-time during the contract period.
