Responsibilities
Responsible for the ANALYSIS and EXECUTION of Plant Operation Costing to ensure the Company can achieve its goals as planned, effectively and efficiently by maximizing Controlling functions
Requirements
EDUCATION :
University Degree in Accounting or Management Finance
Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in Accounting related functions

- Ability to think strategically and effectively, and execute tactically
- Strong in Business acumen and problem solving
- Strong network/quarterback/leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate across a matrix organization.
- Knowledge and understanding of the principles of organizational learning and continuous quality improvement;
- Good analytical and creative thinking
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English, both in writing and speaking is a plus
Business Understanding
- Understands Business and Financial Environment.
- Strong understanding of the scientific process, market dynamic and registration requirements, regulations and guidelines.
- Involves identifying, recording, and allocating all costs related to producing goods. Cost analysts examine and manage company expenses to reduce inefficiencies and lower costs
