As part of our expansion in Indonesia, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our Finance & Accounting team.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze product costing, pricing structures, and margin reports.

Monitor and control production costs to ensure efficiency and profitability.

Develop, review, and update annual budgets and monthly forecasts.

Record and reconcile financial transactions in compliance with company policies and regulations.

Support financial audits and ensure accurate reporting for management.

Provide financial insights to management for decision-making.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 23 years of experience in accounting, costing, or budgeting (manufacturing industry preferred).

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.

Knowledge of financial regulations, cost control methods, and budgeting processes.

High attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving ability.

Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
