Job Description
About the Role The Cost Management Staff will support the Finance Division in managing and controlling the Bank's operating expenses. This role is responsible for ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in budgeting, monitoring, and reporting of costs, while contributing to initiatives that enhance cost effectiveness across the Bank. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, consolidate, and monitor annual budgets and rolling forecasts for operating expenses.
- Perform variance analysis between actual spending and budget, highlighting key trends and risks.
- Process and verify cost allocations across business units and cost centers.
- Ensure expense records comply with internal policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare timely management and regulatory reports on cost performance.
- Support cost optimization projects, including vendor cost reviews and process improvements.
- Provide cost-related data and documentation for internal and external audits.
