Company Description
PT Merdeka Tsingshan Indonesia (MTI) is a joint venture between PT Merdeka Battery Materials Tbk (80%) and Eternal Tsingshan Group Limited (20%). Located in the Indonesia Morowali Industrial Park (IMIP) in Central Sulawesi, the MTI factory processes high-quality waste and pyrite ore from the Wetar Copper Mine. The factory focuses on extracting and processing various products including sulfuric acid, saturated steam, iron ore pellets, copper sponge, lead-zinc hydroxide, dor gold, and silver.
Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cost Control Superintendent at PT Merdeka Tsingshan Indonesia located in Morowali. The Cost Control Superintendent will be responsible for monitoring and managing project costs, preparing budget forecasts, and implementing cost control systems. Daily tasks include analyzing project costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and reporting financial performance. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies is also a key part of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Cost Management, Budgeting, and Financial Analysis
- Experience in Project Management and Construction Management
- Excellent Analytical, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making skills
- Proficient in the use of Cost Control software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a team
- Bachelor&aposs degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience in the processing plant or smelter is a plus
- Fluency in English is a must; Mandarin is an advantage.
