We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Cost Control Specialist to help drive cost efficiency and financial transparency across our growing QSR operations.
In this role, you will monitor and analyze company costs, identify improvement opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strong cost discipline and data-driven financial decisions.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Budgeting & Forecasting Support
- Provide historical data and trend analysis required for the budgeting and forecasting process.
- Proactively identify cost inefficiencies, waste, and potential savings opportunities.
- Develop cost analysis models to support business strategy and company objectives.
2. Cost Monitoring & Analysis
- Monitor and analyze company-wide cost performance.
- Conduct analysis of actual costs versus budget and forecast.
- Perform variance analysis and root cause investigation, and recommend corrective actions.
3. Cost Control Implementation
- Develop and implement cost control procedures across departments.
- Ensure compliance with company cost standards and policies.
- Conduct periodic reviews of the cost structure to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
4. Reporting & Financial Analysis
- Prepare regular reports on cost performance and cost efficiency metrics.
- Develop dashboards and analytical reports to support the FP&A team.
- Collaborate with the Finance Business Partner team to maintain accurate financial master data (rates, tariffs, and overhead allocations) used in FP&A analysis.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Accounting teams to monitor and control costs.
- Promote cost awareness and financial discipline across departments.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+years experience in cost control, financial analysis, or FP&A
- Experience in F&B, retail, or QSR industry is a strong advantage
- Experience in using SAP
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
- Proficiency in Excel and financial reporting tools
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Willing to be placed in Bandung.
