Job Description

Requirement & Skill

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in finance, science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of FineBI and PQ tools is an advantage.
  • Strong logical thinking, data analysis, and organizational coordination skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to summarize and analyze data effectively.
  • Experience with intelligent accounting systems and process improvements is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; Fluent in listening, speaking, reading and writing Mandarin
  • Must demonstrate optimism, resilience, and the ability to work under pressure with a cheerful and positive outlook.

Key Responsibilities

  • KPI and Performance Management:
  • Develop and optimize KPI indicators, decompose targets across factories, and verify their rationality.
  • Regularly monitor KPI achievements and promptly address fluctuations by coordinating improvement plans.
  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive KPI management platform to promote operational efficiency, facilitate horizontal integration, and ensure closed-loop management.
  • Maximize the value of business data through digital KPI management and standardize processes across all departments.
  • Manufacturing Cost Engineering:
  • Prepare annual budgets and decompose cost targets for each department, ensuring compliance with cost-saving measures in labor, energy, and material usage.
  • Develop cost models to track unit output and efficiency across multiple sites, with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Manage both local and overseas project costs, ensuring adherence to tax policies, energy pricing, and other key financial controls.
  • Refine and streamline cost management workflows, improve documentation standards, and implement automated systems for more efficient financial tracking.
  • Accounting Supervision:
  • Oversee the complete accounting lifecycle, including inventory and work order management, ensuring consistent and automated reporting.
  • Implement improvements in financial system processes, particularly in work order maintenance, closing rates, and inventory optimization.
  • Regularly review and enhance accounting reports, promote system automation, and address key issues like ATM material management and discrepancies in accounting processes.
