We are seeking a high-performing Corporate Training Sales Specialist to help scale our flagship employee financial wellness initiative, the Money Boss Program.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in B2B relationship-building, understands corporate learning & development dynamics, and is passionate about improving financial literacy and employee wellbeing.
About the Money Boss ProgramUp to 70% of Indonesian employees have financial stress or anxiety, which impacts their personal lives and also their performance at work. The Money Boss Program is an employee financial wellness and habit-building program designed to help employees:

Key ResponsibilitiesCorporate Sales & Business Development- Acquire new corporate clients for the Money Boss Program
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of HR, Learning & Development (L&D), and People & Culture decision-makers
- Conduct presentations, workshops, and consultative sales meetings with corporate stakeholders
- Identify companies with active employee development and wellness initiatives
- Develop tailored proposals and partnership opportunities
Strategic Partnerships & HR Community Engagement- Build strong relationships within HR and people development communities
- Network actively with HR leaders, L&D managers, and corporate wellness decision-makers
- Identify organizations with budgets allocated toward employee development, wellness, and engagement
- Represent Finetiks at HR events, networking sessions, and relevant communities
Consultative Solution Selling- Understand client pain points related to employee financial stress and engagement
- Position the Money Boss Program as a strategic employee wellbeing solution
- Collaborate internally to customize program offerings for enterprise clients
RequirementsMust-Have- 3+ years of experience in:
- Corporate training sales
- B2B partnerships
- HR/L&D solution selling
- Employee wellness or people development sales
- Strong network within HR, L&D, People & Culture, or corporate communities
- Proven track record in acquiring and managing corporate accounts
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong understanding of consultative sales and partnership development
Highly Desirable- Understanding of financial literacy, personal finance, or employee financial wellness
- Experience selling training or programs related to:
- Personal development
- Leadership
- Financial literacy
- Wellness
- Employee engagement
- Experience working with enterprise or mid-sized corporate clients
- Passion for improving financial wellbeing in Indonesia
