Job Description:
- Establish a comprehensive Company Strategic Roadmap and implement short-term and long-term goals and initiatives to encourage company performance
- Responsible for the company's strategic planning process, encouraging the implementation of formulated strategies, analyzing and providing strategic recommendations, and evaluating strategies that have been formulated
- Become a partner with all divisions in achieving company targets, determine priority program strategies, and ensure that activities are carried out in accordance with the plans developed
- Identify trends in the market and monitor the competitive landscape to determine the impact on the company's product roadmap and capture opportunities for innovation and company growth
- Involved in making company strategic policies so that the policies developed have a positive impact on achieving company goals and avoid mismatches between goals and implementation
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Master degree in business administration, finance, accounting, economics or a related field
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Highly Motivated, Good Communication
- Familiar with financial & operating performance analysis
- Analytical thinking with strong attention to details
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently and to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent in English both of written and oral communication with the ability to converse with management
