Corporate Strategy Specialist

Job Descriptions:

Strategy and Planning

• Business strategy formulation and strategic initiative ideation
• Work together with Finance in arranging/developing regular strategy planning and performance monitoring
• Assist CEO in communications to stakeholders through presentation decks

Corporate Development

• Corporate development strategy formulation and regular market screening, including synthesis of market developments
• Lead the execution of any inorganic (M&A) opportunities within CIMB Niaga group
• Monitor and evaluate execution of corporate actions and special projects

People Management

• Internal coordination across units and directorates
• Coordination and alignment with CIMB Group

Regulatory Compliance

• Providing information, analysis, report, or data as required by regulators

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in (Accounting/Finance/Business/Economics). Master Degree is preferred
• 10 years of working experience, 5 years of experience in Corporate Strategy related roles
• Experience in management consulting and/or investment banking is preferred
• In-depth knowledge of banking industries including the rules and regulations in the domestic and international landscapes
• Strong financial analysis and financial modeling skill
• Strong primary research and secondary research skills
• Excellent written and verbal presentation and communication skills in English and Indonesian; additional languages is a bonus
• Fluency in office productivity tools (e.g MS Powerpoint, Excel, and Word)
