Role Description

This role drives structured execution of ITSEC's strategic partnerships and corporate programs,

with a primary focus on licensing acquisition and renewals, and ITSEC Program such as Summit

partnership & sponsorship. The role exists to convert strategic intent into signed partnerships,

completed licensing milestones, and secured sponsorship commitments, while ensuring

messaging alignment, stakeholder credibility, and governance discipline as a publicly listed

company.

Key Responsibilities

• Institutional Initiatives and Strategic Partnership

Lead execution management for priority institutional initiatives and strategic partnerships,

translating leadership direction into stakeholder mapping, engagement sequencing, program workplans, and milestone tracking. Coordinate internal subject matter experts and ensure

external engagement is consistent with ITSEC's corporate narrative and communication

standards. Maintain a clean record of decisions, dependencies, risks, and follow-ups to keep

initiatives moving across complex stakeholder environments.

• Licensing Acquisition, Renewals, and Readiness Coordination

Own operational tracking and cross-functional coordination for licensing acquisition and

ongoing renewals. Establish a licensing roadmap and tracker covering requirements,

documentation needs, internal owners, critical deadlines, and escalation triggers. Work closely

with Legal, Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Finance to ensure licensing readiness is

proactive, complete, and aligned with corporate governance.

• Partnership & Strategy Execution

Build and manage a structured sponsorship pipeline for the ITSEC Summit, including sponsor

segmentation, package development, outreach coordination, proposal tailoring, follow-up

management, and closing support. Coordinate sponsor fulfillment planning once agreements

are secured, ensuring deliverables are executed on time and aligned with ITSEC brand,

messaging guardrails, and compliance parameters. Maintain sponsorship governance on

approvals, claims, and commitments to avoid reputational and compliance risk.

• Governance, Executive Reporting, and Alignment

Run a disciplined cadence of reporting and governance for the workstreams through weekly

progress updates and monthly leadership summaries. Maintain core execution artifacts

including stakeholder trackers, timelines, risk logs, decision logs, and documentation

repositories. Ensure cross-functional alignment between Communications, Corporate

Development, Legal and Compliance, Finance, and Product teams to reduce friction and prevent

last-minute escalations.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 to 10 years of experience in strategic partnerships, program execution, corporate development operations, licensing-related coordination, or consulting-style delivery in regulated or compliance-sensitive environments.
• Proven ability to coordinate across multiple functions, manage stakeholder complexity, and produce executive-ready updates and proposals.
• Strongwritten and verbal communication skills with the ability to synthesize complexity into clear actions and decisions.
