Formulate and develop CSR strategies that support the company's business objectives and comply with regulatory requirements, relevant ministerial policies, and sectoral regulations related to community development and empowerment.
Conduct social mapping, needs assessments, and prepare data-based program plans as the foundation for developing corporate social initiatives.
Implement CSR programs in a structured manner, including monitoring, evaluation, and reporting in accordance with the needs of management, regulators, and other stakeholders.
Build and maintain constructive relationships with government bodies, social institutions, local leaders, and communities around operational areas as part of stakeholder management.
Identify potential social issues, develop mitigation measures, and ensure effective social risk management mechanisms to maintain business sustainability.
Coordinate across functions and operational units to ensure consistency, integration, and quality in CSR program implementation across all company areas.
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Sciences, Communication, Law, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of experience in CSR/Community Development, preferably in the mining or coal sector.
Strong understanding of PPM/ESDM regulations and sustainability standards in the mining industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Willing to work in a mining operational environment and interact directly with local communities.
