About the Job
This role is ideal for candidates with a keen interest in international business consulting, project management, and corporate advisory services.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple international client engagements in a fast-paced environment, keeping track of multiple client's entity setups and ensuring projects are delivered within agreed timelines.
- Assist with company incorporation, corporate changes, and ongoing company secretarial matters.
- Prepare corporate documents, resolutions, applications, and forms.
- Coordinate corporate bank account openings by navigating International KYC and due diligence requirements from initial enquiry and application preparation to submission and follow-up.
- Conduct research on corporate, legal, licensing, and regulatory requirements across different countries.
- Liaise with government authorities, financial institutions, and professional partners across various jurisdictions. Source and coordinate with overseas partners and service providers.
- Prepare high-quality proposals and client communications. Follow up diligently on client matters to ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, Law, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with 1–2 years of relevant working experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Prior internship or working experience in consulting, project management, accounting, tax, or corporate services is preferred.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and/or written) will be an added advantage.
