We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Secretary to support our Board of Directors and ensure smooth corporate governance. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong integrity, and proven experience in managing corporate records, compliance, and stakeholder coordination.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Board of Directors, including organizing and documenting board meetings, preparing agendas, and recording minutes.
- Facilitate communication with shareholders and coordinate the annual general meeting, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
- Maintain and organize corporate records, contracts, and legal documents, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
- Collaborate with legal counsel to ensure compliance with applicable laws and assist in the preparation and review of legal documents.
- Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory authorities in a timely and accurate manner.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of corporate policies and procedures.
- Assist in identifying and managing corporate risks and ensuring appropriate mitigation strategies are in place.
- Act as a liaison between the Board, management, and shareholders, fostering transparent and effective communication.
- Support directors and employees with training or guidance on corporate governance and compliance matters.
- Handle day-to-day secretarial and administrative duties, including correspondence, scheduling, and meeting arrangements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Law, or Secretarial Studies.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role as a Secretary.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in the ISP or digital services industry will be a plus.
- Commitment to ethical business practices and high integrity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related software tools.
- Have a valid driver's license (SIM A).
