Monitor capital market regulations and ensure full compliance with applicable laws, listing requirements, and coordination with regulators (OJK, IDX) and stakeholders.
Support corporate legal administration, including BOD/BOC changes, GMS, subsidiary matters, and corporate restructuring in line with regulations and GCG principles.
Prepare, review, and submit periodic and ad-hoc disclosures, including corporate actions and material information to shareholders and the public.
Support the preparation and documentation of GMS, BOD, and BOC meetings, including accurate meeting minutes and coordination with relevant parties.
Contribute to the development of internal policies, support Annual Report and Sustainability Report preparation, and perform other Corporate Legal & Corporate Secretary duties.
Job Requirement :
Bachelor's Degree in Law (S1 Law).
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a related field or in a Law firm handling corporate, capital market, public listed companies, or general corporate matters.
Preferred: Have completed the Professional Legal Consultant Education in the Financial Sector or relevant training in capital markets, Good Corporate Governance (GCG), or Corporate Secretary practices.
Strong understanding of the Capital Market Law and its implementing regulations, particularly Financial Services Authority (OJK) Regulations (POJK) and Stock Exchange Regulations.
Strong knowledge of the Company Law (Limited Liability Company Law).
Proficient in legal and regulatory reading, drafting, and document review, with the ability to prepare accurate regulatory summaries and meeting minutes in both English and Indonesian.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills, including liaison with regulators
