About the role:
As Corporate Secretary, you will support the Board of Directors, Board of Commissioners, and all applicable corporate committees in ensuring effective corporate governance, regulatory coordination, corporate administration, stakeholder communication, and proper management of corporate records across all jurisdictions.
You will be the connective tissue between our boards, committees, regulators, and external partners - keeping governance rigorous, records accurate, and corporate processes running smoothly as Honest grows.
How you will make an impact:
- Govern and administer board and committee meetings
- Organize and administer Shareholders, Board of Directors, and Board of Commissioners meetings
- Prepare agendas, minutes, resolutions, and post-meeting action trackers
- Maintain corporate records and governance standards
- Maintain corporate records — licenses, deeds, shareholder registers, and regulatory filings
- Manage GCG (Good Corporate Governance) fulfillments, assessments, and annual governance reporting
- Handle document management, archiving, and corporate approval workflows
- Coordinate with regulators and external parties
- Coordinate filings with the compliance team on regulatory reporting and correspondence with OJK and other authorities
- Liaise with notaries, external counsel, and relevant government agencies on corporate matters
What you need to have:
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate secretarial, corporate legal, or governance roles, preferably in financial services
- Strong understanding of Indonesian company law, GCG principles, and OJK/BI corporate governance requirements
- Experience organizing and documenting Shareholders, BoD, and BoC meetings (agendas, minutes, resolutions)
- Experience maintaining corporate records, licenses, deeds, and shareholder registers
- Familiarity with regulatory filing and correspondence with OJK and other authorities
- Experience liaising with notaries, external counsel, and government agencies
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage confidential, time-sensitive documents
- Excellent English and Bahasa Indonesia communication skills
What makes you stand out:
- Experience as a Corporate Secretary or within a corporate secretarial function in a licensed financial institution (bank, fintech, or multifinance)
- Legal degree or professional certification in corporate governance / corporate secretary
- Experience managing GCG assessments and annual governance reporting
- Familiarity with multi-jurisdiction corporate administration
- Experience implementing digital document management and corporate approval workflows
