What does day-to-day look like

  • Preparation and coordination of disclosures, reports, and submissions to OJK, IDX, and other regulators
  • Assistance in organizing General Meetings of Shareholders (GMS), Board of Directors meetings, Board of Commissioners meetings, and committees meetings, including but not limited to (i) preparing draft pre-read materials, minutes of meetings, resolutions, and any supporting documents related to that matter, and (ii) coordinate follow-up actions arising from the meetings
  • Maintenance of organize repository of corporate documents, governance records, and public disclosures
  • Monitoring compliance with capital market regulations and internal governance policies.
  • Coordination with vendors (notaries, consultants, auditors, advisors)
  • Processing internal procurement documentation in accordance with company policies.
  • Support internal and external audit processes, including providing requested documents and explanations to auditors and ensuring completeness and traceability of governance and compliance documentation.
  • Maintain trackers for regulatory reporting deadlines, corporate actions, licenses, approvals, submissions

What does amazing look like

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 35 years of experience in Corporate Secretary function, public company governance, capital market compliance, or legal / compliance roles with exposure to listed company requirements.
  • Strong understanding of OJK and IDX regulations, corporate governance practices in a public company setting, high level of organization and attention to detail.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously, and able to perform effectively under time pressure
  • Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (Bahasa Indonesia and English).
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to: (i) communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders (Legal, Finance, Internal Audit, Compliance, Corporate Finance, Business Units) and (ii) coordinate effectively with external parties (regulators, auditors, notaries, consultants, and vendors)
  • Exposure to ESG, sustainability reporting, or governance-related ESG frameworks is a plus
  • Experience supporting audits (financial, compliance, or governance audits) is a plus
  • Familiarity with document management systems and regulatory reporting platforms is a plus
