Assist in administrative tasks within the Corporate Secretary function, including managing company documents and official correspondence
Organize, maintain, and archive legal and corporate documents (e.g., articles of association, business licenses, certificates, agreements, etc.)
Support the preparation and coordination of corporate meetings, including General Meetings of Shareholders (GMS), Board of Directors, and Board of Commissioners meetings
Assist in the preparation of Annual Reports and support Good Corporate Governance (GCG) activities
Handle other administrative duties as assigned by the Corporate Secretary team
Requirements:
Final-year student or fresh graduate in Law, Business Administration, Management, Communication, Secretarial Studies, or related fields
Strong interest in Corporate Secretary and/or Good Corporate Governance (GCG)
Basic understanding of corporate document management and strong filing/documentation skills (both physical and digital)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work accurately
Good communication skills and able to work well in a team
