You will be responsible for ensuring that the company complies with legal and regulatory requirements, maintaining corporate governance practices and administrations, and facilitating effective communication between the company and shareholders/stakeholders.
What you will be doing:
- Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with corporate laws, regulations, and internal policies. Liaising with internal stakeholders and notary and file necessary documents with regulatory agencies (e.g LKPM reports).
- Record Keeping: Maintain and manage corporate records, including minutes of meetings, resolutions, and shareholder communications.
- Governance Practices: Support the development and implementation of corporate governance policies and practices, working together with OGC and RM team.
- Communication: Bridge communication between the company and stakeholders/shareholders and external parties such as notaries and BKPM officers. Facilitate effective communication and information flow, including corporate detail requests from engagement teams.
- Shareholder Relations: Assist in managing shareholder/director meetings and communications, including preparing draft for authority/proxy documentations.
- Research and Analysis: Stay informed about changes in corporate laws and regulations. Conduct research and provide insights on governance trends.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to senior management where required, including scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, law, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in corporate governance, legal, or administrative roles is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in office software and data mining.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong ethical standards and integrity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive and resourceful problem-solving skills.
