Job Description

We are looking for a Corporate Secretary Administrator

to provide administrative support for the Corporate Secretary function. This role focuses on document handling, coordination, and day-to-day administrative tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Corporate Secretary.
  • Assist in preparing, organizing, and filing corporate documents and correspondence.
  • Help coordinate meetings (schedule, attendance list, meeting notes).
  • Support documentation related to internal and external communications.
  • Maintain and update corporate records and archives.
  • Handle document submission and maintain coordination with internal also external partner.
  • Handle other administrative tasks as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any major.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative roles (experience in Corporate Secretary / public company environment is a must).
  • Understanding of administrative and documentation processes.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage routine tasks.
  • Able to work with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication skills and professional attitude.
  • Able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Willing to work WFO in Palmerah.
