We are looking for a Corporate Secretary Administrator
to provide administrative support for the Corporate Secretary function. This role focuses on document handling, coordination, and day-to-day administrative tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Corporate Secretary.
- Assist in preparing, organizing, and filing corporate documents and correspondence.
- Help coordinate meetings (schedule, attendance list, meeting notes).
- Support documentation related to internal and external communications.
- Maintain and update corporate records and archives.
- Handle document submission and maintain coordination with internal also external partner.
- Handle other administrative tasks as required.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any major.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative roles (experience in Corporate Secretary / public company environment is a must).
- Understanding of administrative and documentation processes.
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage routine tasks.
- Able to work with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills and professional attitude.
- Able to maintain confidentiality.
- Willing to work WFO in Palmerah.
