We are seeking a passionate and driven Corporate Sales Staff to join our team at PT Blue Bird Tbk. In this full-time role based in Medan, you will be responsible for developing and managing key corporate accounts, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth for our market-leading transportation services.
What you'll be doing :
- Proactively identify and target new corporate clients with high potential for growth
- Manage and grow existing corporate client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Negotiate and secure new contracts and service agreements with corporate clients
- Collaborate cross-functionally to provide comprehensive transportation solutions tailored to client needs
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, identify opportunities, and recommend strategies to drive continuous improvement
- Represent the company at industry events and networking activities to raise brand awareness
What we're looking for :
- Proven track record min. 1 year of success in a corporate sales or account management role, ideally within the transportation or services industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Familiarity with the Jakarta transportation market and strong industry connections
- Minimum D3 or Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
