As MonotaRO Indonesia continues to grow rapidly, we are looking for a driven Corporate Sales (Mandarin Speaker) to expand our B2B customer base and unlock new business opportunities across Indonesia.

Job Descriptions:
- Drive growth by identifying and qualifying new business leads through high-volume outbound activity, including cold calling, professional emailing, and social selling.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle to achieve monthly new business acquisition targets and expand our corporate client base.
- Lead high-impact presentations and meetings with key stakeholders to demonstrate value and secure new business.
- Maintain a disciplined approach to sales activity, providing daily reports on outreach volume and weekly strategic work plans.
- Refer customers needs or inquiries to appropriate departments like sales, marketing, administrative or other departments.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum 2 years experience in same positions (Sales/Account Executive).
- Being able to prioritize your activities and consistently meet targets.
- Effective Communication Skills: As a salesperson, you need strong communication skills. This includes active listening, asking for relevant question.
- Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English are required.
- Experienced in MRO products is a plus.
