  • Sales Presentations: Supporting the sales team by preparing and sometimes participating in presentations to potential clients.
  • Follow-up on Leads: Contacting leads and potential clients to keep the conversation going and answer any preliminary questions they may have.
  • Sales Support: Assisting the acquisition team with administrative tasks such as preparing proposals, contracts, and other sales documents.
  • Learning the Sales Process: Participating in sales meetings, training, and learning how to close deals and negotiate contracts.
  • Reporting : Assisting with creating sales performance reports, tracking lead conversion rates, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Especially Excel (for managing spreadsheets, sales data, and reports), Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, keep track of sales data, and support the team efficiently.
  • Attention to detail: Accurate data entry and management are critical to avoid mistakes in orders, contracts, and customer records.

Requirement

  • Having a strong network in identifying new opportunities or leads that can be beneficial for the sales team.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills: Both verbal and written, as interns will interact with customers and internal teams.
  • Customer service mindset: Ability to understand and address customer concerns to retain their loyalty.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Especially Excel (for managing spreadsheets, sales data, and reports), Word, and PowerPoint.
