What You'll Do
- Drive new business acquisition by identifying and engaging potential corporate clients.
- Generate sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and social media prospecting.
- Conduct client meetings and deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to business needs.
- Build customized proposals and pricing solutions that address customer challenges.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting, negotiation, and closing to account handover.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to maximize business opportunities.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, forecasts, and activities using CRM tools.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or corporate account management.
- Experience in SaaS, telematics, logistics, automotive, mining, or technology solutions is highly preferred.
- Proven track record in hunting and acquiring new business.
- Strong prospecting and cold-calling skills.
- Confident communicator with excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and target-oriented with a hunter mentality.
- Able to understand customer pain points and provide consultative solutions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
