Requirements

• Min. Bachelor's degree (S1) in Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in hotel sales or the hospitality industry.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and effective communication skills.
• Good understanding of hospitality industry trends, marketing strategies, and market dynamics.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt quickly.
• Good understanding of the corporate/government market segment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and good attitude.
• Willing to be placed at Kuningan, Jakarta

Job Description

• Identify and build relationships with potential customers.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Conduct sales calls and deliver compelling, persuasive sales presentations.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitors, and business opportunities to identify new opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer history, sales opportunities, and sales activities.
